I’m Adamma, the founder, baker, and heart behind the brand. I’m an American who moved to Germany seven years ago for love, leaving behind a fast-paced career in New York City as a Wall Street banker to embrace a new life as a wife, mother of two, and English language entrepreneur.

My journey into baking began unexpectedly. As a newlywed in a new country, I was searching for a creative outlet and a way to make my new surroundings feel more like home. What started as a simple hobby quickly grew into a true passion. After years of experimenting with countless recipes, I finally created a cookie that never failed to bring a smile to people’s faces. That moment sparked something in me—a desire to share not just cookies, but a little bit of happiness, one bite at a time.
